Limited Google sign-in testThis test site admits only its approved test account. Google Firebase supplies a verified account identifier, email and display name. ERN stores those account fields and uses Secure, HttpOnly server-session cookies lasting up to 15 minutes, renewed only after Firebase and ERN device-access checks. If you select “Remember me,” Firebase retains a long-lived sign-in credential in this browser and ERN remembers the device for up to 30 days. Use this only on a trusted device. Leave it unchecked for tab-scoped Firebase sign-in and up to 8 hours of shared-device access; sign out when finished. ERN stores hashed device grants, never raw Firebase ID or refresh tokens on its server. Logout revokes this browser’s device grant and clears browser sign-in; other devices remain signed in unless access is revoked account-wide. Sensitive actions require a recent Google sign-in. Offline failures pause protected changes without erasing your entries. The test account record remains until test cleanup is requested; contact the operator to request its removal. Public application and profile collection remain closed. The approved test account may save clearly labeled synthetic applications and a fictional test profile. Test records are retained until cleanup is separately approved. This separate application does not import existing Site records.
COLLECTIONKeep introductions high-level
A private profile stores your College or General choice, self-reported college/affiliation, role, account identifier, consent version and update time. A saved application stores your name, email, optional organization, role, written answers, community snapshot, adult acknowledgment, consent version, status and timestamps. Historical applications may retain a prior equity-openness acknowledgment; new submissions do not request or record one. Do not send sensitive personal information, confidential inventions, government IDs, financial details or information about minors.

Profiles are private to the signed-in account. Saving one does not notify the operator, register pilot interest or publish a directory listing. Application snapshots support owner review and related contact. You can see your own application status; only the authorized owner can review application details and private notes. No marketing subscription is created. Google Firebase processes sign-in; Cloudflare processes ERN session and application records. No existing Site account is linked by matching an email address.
ACCESS EXPIRY · CLEANUP AWAITING APPROVAL90 days without activity
Saved applications stop appearing 90 days after their last submission, applicant withdrawal or saved review update, even when intake or physical cleanup is paused. Expired application records cannot be accessed through the service after expiry. Physical deletion is separately approval-gated. Once approved, deletion, including private notes, runs in limited, atomic batches when the application service receives requests, so a backlog may need several passes. No scheduled cleanup is configured. An approved maintenance schedule and deletion process are required before real intake; expiry is not a promise that a record has already been erased. Rate-limit counters are removed progressively after their 48-hour expiry when cleanup runs.
YOUR CONTROLEdit, withdraw or delete
Profiles remain until you remove them. You can switch to General to clear your profile’s college fields, or permanently delete your profile on the Community page. Earlier application snapshots remain separate. On the application page you can withdraw from consideration or permanently delete an application and its review notes. Deletion requires an explicit confirmation and cannot be undone through ERN. Contact the operator for access or correction help.
EMAIL INTERESTA direct conversation
Interest emails go to the operator’s mailbox and include the address and content you choose to send. The website does not send these messages or store a copy as an application. The application service’s automatic retention and deletion controls do not apply to emails; contact the operator with an email access or deletion request. No automated email confirmation provider is connected to this site.
CONFIRMATIONKnow what was saved
A saved website profile or application produces an on-screen confirmation. Applications also receive a receipt you can return to while signed in. Saving is not admission or an agreement. No investment offerings, funding commitments, payments, signatures or ownership rights are available through this site.
